Adana Kebab
Premium lamb shoulder minced by hand with red pepper and smoky paprika, formed on wide skewers and chargrilled over open flame. Served with sumac onions, grilled tomato, and warm lavash.

Mezze Platter
A generous spread of hummus, smoky baba ganoush, tabbouleh, crispy sigara böreği pastry cigars, and freshly baked pide bread. The perfect start to any meal.
Clay Pot · Slow-braised 5 hours
Lamb Güveç
Bone-in shoulder of lamb layered with aubergine, peppers, tomatoes, and herbs, slow-cooked in a sealed clay pot until the meat falls from the bone. Served with saffron rice.

Chef Mehmet Yilmaz grew up cooking alongside his grandmother in Istanbul, learning the patience behind slow braises, the discipline of a charcoal grill, and the balance of spice that defines Anatolian cuisine.
After training in professional kitchens across Istanbul and Ankara, Mehmet moved to Birmingham and opened Bosphorus in 2015 with a single mission: to serve Turkish food exactly as it should be made.
We use whole spices, hand-ground daily. Our lamb is sourced from a family farm in Worcestershire. Our pide bread is baked fresh every morning. Nothing about that has changed since day one.
